When we opened Snazzipants back in 2003 there really wasn't a lot of choice if you wanted to use reusable nappies in
New Zealand. To find out about and purchase modern cloth nappies you really needed to look overseas. Thankfully this has changed! But now that
there are different nappy types and companies on the scene it can get confusing. You want to do the right thing, but
how do you make the choice? Especially before you have a baby to practise on! Here's why Snazzipants is the company to choose.

- We have been around for a while. At the Parent and Child Show way back in 2003 we were the only dedicated reusable nappy stand.
We know about nappies!
- We stock all the major nappy styles.
The major nappy 'types' fall into 4 categories:
- prefolds
- fitteds
- pockets
- all-in-ones
I'm not going to try to tell you which is best for you, as there simply isn't an answer to that. We have
customers who swear by each type. In all honesty it depends on what you are looking for, and very much on your baby.
If you want to try more than one style, we stock them all, so we can be honest about the pros and cons of each style.
With one postage charge you can buy all the different styles you are interested in to see which you personally find best.
- Our nappies work. Not every nappy is the best for every baby, but everything we stock has been tested and used by my
babies. We only stock quality products.
- You'll save plenty. Snazzipants

- We don't have agents. Sounds like a drawback, but if you get a recommendation from someone for Snazzipants nappies,
you know it is because they really like them - not because they are selling to you to supplement their income. Most of
our business comes from word of mouth, and you can rely on it!
- Our feedback is unsolicited. We have never offered money or the chance to win prizes in return for feedback. Every
piece of feedback on our website has been given without us asking. And there is more than I can put up now. My favourite
ever? "All great cloth nappy discussions lead to you." I didn't put that on the website feedback, but I did put it on my wall
:)
- We won't SPAM you!!! People actually ask to be put on our newsletter list, but I refuse to do it. There is nothing
that irritates me more than buying a pair of socks from a website and forever more being sent marketing bumf in the
form of newsletters. Maybe I am a grouchy old hag, but it is against my principles, and I won't do it. (Huge apologies to
anyone I have offended.)
- Our nappies are not made in sweatshops. All our products are made here in New Zealand, or sourced from reputable
overseas companies - almost all of which are also run by mothers. We clearly label on the site which items are 100% NZ made and which are imported. We don't rebrand
anything we import.
- We are a kiwi family business.
Snazzipants is a WAHM- (work at home Mum) and GRAN- (she'll be mad when she reads that) run company.
- We realise it can be difficult buying over the internet. We are happy for you to return anything unused and unwashed for a
full refund if you are unhappy when it arrives.
